    ITs south Dakota st that slows it down. In their last game, s dakota st led 29-21 at halftime. S Dakota st won the game in OT 91-88. Oakland led 46-45 against oral roberts at halftime. Both teams would have to shoot over 50% and I do not think its going to happen. Neither one of these teams are going to score over 40 by halftime.
