    Why is Texas only -2.5 over NC State?

    Can someone explain that to me? Is Texas much worse than I thought or is NC State much better than I'm thinking?

    Also beat UNC-Asheville by less than 10.

    I feel like I'm missing something, Oregon State is a lot better than NC State.
