    Kentucky/UNC, Who You Got?

    Who you got in this game. I think on Bodog it is at UNC -1.

    I've seen both teams a number of times, and they are pretty similar. Should be a great matchup.

    Intertops has UNC +1.5 so I've put a couple units on that. I think there is value there and UNC is the better team

    Oh yeah my mistake. It's UNC +1. I think I'm going to take that. Brandon Knight has been pretty bad this tournament (other than those late game shots) and so had TJones. Not sure if they have the fire power to keep up with UNC.

    I think Kendall Marshall is the x factor. If Liggins shuts him down, UK could make this game very ugly but I think Marshall is one of the better passing PG's in the country right now. Has to be for them to get this far because they dont have a coach. Felton and Lawson overcame it so this kid has to be solid and seems that way according to Ken Pom and everything I've saw

    Harrelson vs Zeller and TJones vs Henson will be a couple of great matchups. I just don't see Kentucky being able to keep up with UNC's offense.

    More fans: UNC fans were a lot more confident in beating Marquette than UK fans were against OSU, therefore they bought more tickets in advance for this game.


    only angles i see in favor of UK is revenge and maybe some high off of beating #1. That's it.

    In the 3 games UK has played in the tournament they have giving up 57, 63, and 60 points to Princeton, WVU, and OSU. They have been playing some great defense since the end of the regular season. I see Calipari putting Liggins on Kendall Marshall and giving him fits all game long. Liggins is 6'6 with long arms, he's physical and one of the best defenders in the nation. He also loves to talk so he may even be able to rattle the young pg and get in his head.

    If UK stays out of foul trouble I like them to take this game.

    Every time UK has had a second chance at a team that beat them prior this season they have won. If they win tomorrow they get another chance at revenge against UCONN in the final four.

    only because Sullinger got spit on when they lost to Wisky, so they were determined to blow them out at home. The next game after Wisky they survived in OT against Northwestern

    theres some clueless folks here...if u watched the nc game u have to realize they blew out a marquette team that pretty much played their worst game of the year bricking shot after shot. NC beat kentucky by 2 earlier at home so its easy to think they can do it again. but there are some things kentucky has going for them, their defense has been getting better with each game and they shoot a higher percentage than NC from the field. kentucky right now is far beyond the team that played nc early and the same can be said of the tarheels. the way i see this ohio st is as good as a team kentucky will see and facing NC is not going to present any new challenge. i like kentuckys recent play to lead them to victory with key defensive stops down the stretch.

    I took Kentucky +375 to make the final four before the tournament began mainly because I knew they were going to beat Ohio State. I'm thinking I might take UNC and the points to lock in profit.

    Part of the reason Ohio st didn't shoot lights out against Kentucky is because of their length n the fact that that Kentucky defended sullinger mostly one on one....rarely was Ohio st able to get wide open looks they usually do with great ball movement after sullinger passes out of the double......still not sure who I like...but I had Kentucky Fri night n I'm leaning that way
