Books BEGGING you to take Indiana

They know something we can't possibly know. Indy is in the thick of the playoff chase... they SMOKED NJ last game in Newark in February. *(105-86) Granger is back, and Indy has been winning?

Yet the pacers only get -3? This is really fishy, anyone going to take the bait?

Maybe there's an undisclosed injury for Indy...

something's up i'm looking around but finding nothing.

stop over-thinking things....Pacers win today. Nets have nothing to play for and are on B2B without deron williams.

And why do u say line is low?....nets have been winning lately as well with or without d.williams.

The line is right...pacers would have been 7.5 favs at home and 3.5 favs on the road...seems fair to me. If d.williams was playing, this would have been a PK.

This reminds me of the NJ/PHO Monday night game a few weeks ago.

Pacers will probably win by 1 or 2.

    The line opened at -3

pacers winners of 9 of l10 meetings. usually a team that obliterates the other every time gets more respect. the pacers could win big though, and it's another square payday for SBR.

suspicion should not be used as a factor in capping a game..-3 is a fairl line for 2 teams that did not play well in the previous games..Only way this would be a "bait" is if the line was Nets -3

The line did not open at -3. The line opened at -1.5 yesteday then reopened at -2.5 and moved to -3.5

If the books were begging for Indiana money they wouldn't have moved the line against them. Also, of they really wanted Pacer money then they wouldn't have made them a road fave.

i know about 20 people on indy, noone on NJN. books want 50/50 action and they know that's not happening with a -3 spread

they can move it to -5 before gametime, they still sided with the Nets

i did take toronto last night. it's not like 75% of the public paid for OKC to win by 15.

Go back to past week and check how many public sides won. -3 is a fair line. If you dont get it, then I cant help you. Just because you are taking a public bet, doesnt mean its a bad bet.

My guess is this closes around 4/4.5 and the late bettors will have to sweat that number out.

I like the Pacers by 5 or 6 here. They are in the thick of it with Charlotte and Milwaukee. And they play Char on Wed. So this would be a good opportunity for them to get a game ahead. If D Will were playing this my be a pickem game. But with him out I think Indy can get it done. Taking into account they are not good on the road 11-25 SU and 14-20 ATS. They are 17-13 ATS against teams with a losing record. ML on indy is my play. Good luck to all.

Some people will just refuse to believe this. They think when 90% of the public is on something that it hits like 40% yet no one has ever had any success always fading the big 90% public plays.

Indy is a favorite on the road, how often will you see that? What kind of line do you expect? I'm really not understanding how you think its "fishy"

Pacers have been horrible on the road and still -3.5 favorites????...ask yourself why???... when nets have been playing great at home with or without d.williams.

Line already moved 1 point from the opener...the sharps have the early action. In this game, both sharps and squares seem to be on the same side.

One of the most important things not mentioned in this thread.....Nets are playing their 4th game in 5 days.
