I've been pretty high on Houston for a while now but I think this is a good spot to fade them. Recently, I made a thread about how I thought the books were undervaluing the Rockets. Well now I think they are getting a little too much respect. True, the Kings are pretty bad but I like them in this spot to cover and maybe even win the game outright. Houston may get caught looking ahead to Phoenix and San Antonio.
really like this game... I have Sacramento +7 at a good odd... very tempted to put a small amount on the ML but I don't know if I will have the guts to do it...

Tyreke is not playing. Houston has a history of dominating the Kings. Looking ahead doesn't mean they will play bad. They might play extra hard to decide the game by the 3rd quarter and rest up. I don't think the time to fade Houston has come yet. The PHO matchup with Brooks seeking revenge will be a different story.
At 5dimes, you can choose the spread sometimes.... I took sac +7 which equal to the Grizzlies ML odd...

Sacramento at home getting more than 3 is pretty much an auto-play for me, so I'll be on this. However, since the line is more likely to go up than down, I'll be waiting.
I can't bet on the rockets after Brooks left, feels like a different team.
At this point in the season each win matters for houston the way i look at it why not take the easier one in case they will struggle in the next 2 games. Houston is 4-1 ATS last 5 games as a road favorite. They have won 7 of their last 10 games and they are 2.5 games behind memphis to secure the 8th and final spot in the western conference. Evans hasn't played since mid-February. Thornton has picked up the slack in his absence.
They're better off now. Lowry is a very good point guard.
Houston's not looking ahead. Why would they be looking ahead. They have this Sacramento team that could belittle them.
Rockets said they will do anything to win now that they are finally a .500 team and want to qualify for the playoffs. If they can't win against the Kings, how are they going to win against PHX etc? They need this win...

Wow, I pounded Houston last night at -4, thinking it was best look for today's books. Good luck. We're on opposite sides. May the crappier team lose!
So did i the second it came out . Only thing that worries me now is that the line has only moved up a half a point i thought it would move up atleast 1-1.5 more with 80% on houston.Also i dont like 80% on houston but lately the public has been doing great.
Rockets should still win but i think it will be tight.

Yeah, don't sweat it. Still think it's the better pick. Rockets have won 3 in a row at Arco Arena and are 6-2 ATS on the road of late, are fighting for a spot in playoffs and this game could actually put them one game above .500 for the first time all season. I'm sorry, but Sacramento just stinks to hell. I know they are tough at home but I see Houston edging a win and cover in the end. GL!

Good call Rockets backers. Only went 2x on Kings so no big loss but after a pretty promising first quarter, Sac really played like crap.
They are not to be trusted. Its such a crapshoot betting their games.
Hey, still six minutes to go and only down 20 to cover! Really though, Houston was the play IMO, and was strongly in favor. New York was the real play of the day but I liked Houston better.
You seemed hot on Houston too in your post so wonder why you'd fade them now? This was kind of a turning point game for them in terms of getting past .500, so they could look up from here and contend for playoffs. And you even said that "the Kings are pretty bad." Listen to your own words next time. I'm just giving you constructive criticism. Better luck next one my man.

Good game, hit a parlay over and rockets, hit the over, hit rockets, hit teaser rockets and over. +6500 day gotta love the rockets and vegas really undervaluing them!!
Rockets were on a tear in the middle quarters.
kev mart struggled but still find ways to score. beautiful.
