    Big game for both teams. If LA wins, that will increase their lead on OKC to 4.5 games. OKC wins and that lead shrinks to just 2.5. Lakers win this with no Perkins for OKC.

    this reminds me of that night when Cavs were favored to beat the Pistons by 1 or 2 points while they were on their 20 something losing streak..then Detroit punished them.

    Thunder give lakers problems. Look at last years playoffs, basically wouwent to a game 7 if not for Gasols tip in in the last second. And Westbrook is even way better this year. Deep bench also. Just my thought, I believe Thunder cover.

    I dont like this I remember last season the lakers won in overtime in the first meeting in OKC by 3, got smashed in the 2nd game then in the playoffs lost there twice and the last meeting needed a pau gasol tip in with a second left in game 6.

    As for the +3 at Staples... This notion of a +/-3 point swing for home court advantage depending on home or away does correspond with the league average of home teams scoring 3.1 ppg more than the road team, however, applying this average to every matchup is totally wrong as each team has a unique home court advantage, and they vary A LOT from team to team.

    In this case, Thunder -4.5 @ OKC is equivalent to Lakers -7 @ Staples.

    like someone said before, the thunder have screwed up in 2 of these big sunday afternoon home games before (vs boston and miami) and are 2-5 on sundays overall...its lakers or nothing imo

    No. I had the Lakers ML, added live in the 1Q. However I didn't post the play anywhere on here.

    When my numbers say a team should be favoured by 3.5 pts more than the books say, I tend to look to the other team or pass.
