    I noticed it because it's the top public bet right now. I'll give it a gander. And yesterday, the coach said that Okafor is still a ways off from returning, so he's probably not gonna play. Hornets haven't been playing that well lately, with their last game a 12 point loss at home against the TWolves. So trap? If you bet based on win/loss records, perhaps. But it could easily go either way.

    its because 2 or 3 starters are out for New Orleans and they're playing like crap. who knows what will happen, I actually think the nets win this one, but i'm not an expert.

    Isn't the line low because Okafor and Ariza are out. With the injuries the Hornets haven't looked to good the last few games.

    i watched Hornets getting their asses handed to by twolves @ New Orleans

    Line moved to +2.5 for Nets. Both teams are 1-5 in there last 5 games, seems like a toss up

    I would take nets + the points @ home

    I almost finished capping my games for tomorrow. With the Hornet injuries and recent performances, the door is certainly open for the Nets to take it... but I don't think they will. Nets just suck way too much offensively (2nd worst in NBA) and will likely put up 85-90 points against the Hornets, and even in the 4 games without Okafor (he's not just for defense), Hornets have put up 97, 93, 95, and 92 points. I would go Hornets ML if I was betting it.
