    He must be...here is the latest that I could find:
    Celtics coach Doc Rivers said injured guard Ray Allen (ankle) is "75 percent" for Thursday's game at Dallas. Tony Allen, who had been filling in for Ray, will sit out after bruising his back on Tuesday.

    Allen must be out again tonight. They weren't sure if he was going to be able to go tonight so maybe they got the official word.
