Ya'll city folk may not be aware but this is the time of year the Rodeo comes to town and the Spurs leave town. Spurs start on their annual 8 game roadie where they get to do a lot of male bonding and get into an us against the world mentality. Tradition says that by the end of the trip the team has jelled and is battled hardened and ready for the run to glory that is the NBA championship. This year the schedule is particularly soft. For us gamblers we will get the lowest lines that we've seen all year and maybe some opportunty to pick up some units if indeed the Spurs follow tradition. Having said all that Tony Parker did not fly to Utah with the team due to his having to escort girlfriend Eva Longoria to some award show last night. Hopefully Tony will start bonding with the boys now that his girlfriend has been taken care of.
