    carmelo has a 28 million dollar option that he will likely pick up, if he declines the option he's a free agent and nobody will offer him 28 million dollars next year, so we will see what's more important to melo getting paid or taking less money and getting to start

    Melo, never left it all on the floor and was always about himself above team. $$$ over rings. Weak character.
    Russ. Can not dismiss he plays as hard as anyone to ever lace them up. That being said, he has deep psychological issues that have to be addressed for him to change and be a better team player. He also needs to hire a shooting coach in the offseason.
