Jabari Parker Looking For Long Term Deal

Now that Parker is heading into his fourth NBA season, his eyes are beginning to light up with the possibility of receiving the vaunted max contract. According to Parker’s agent, Mark Bartelstein, the two sides have at the very least broached the idea of a long-term deal, although he remained vague in his specifications.

“We have had discussions; there has been dialogue. It’s been a positive dialogue. But that’s all I can say at this time,” Bartelstein said to Woelfel’s Press Box.

The Bucks have already paid Antetokounmpo, leaving Parker as their next major hurdle for a long-term deal. Even without Parker in the second half, Milwaukee finished the year 42-40, earning the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference, before they were bounced in the first round by the Toronto Raptors.

Parker got hurt because Jason Kidd played him too many minutes,
Beasley and Parker were hurting the team defensively,
Bucks need a high energy 4 who can play defense, rebound
    Milwaukee should trade
