    Evan Tuner leaves the Celtics and signs with the Blazers for almost 20 million a year. I guess 20 million a year is the standard for average NBA player. Dude didn't even start in Boston.

    Chandler Parsons is about to get almost 24 million a year. These numbers are insane considering these players are 3rd options at best.
