Kerr finally figured out the adjustment.....

He got Bogut more involved and Bogut did a nice job stopping some shots at the rim.

    What will Donovan do?

This series is a long way from over. Even at 3-1 the Warriors had two potential home games. OKC still has work to do.

Bogut isn't reliable though. He can get into foul trouble very quickly.

Curry needs to play like his OT form against Portland for them to steal this game.

This has been the problem more so than Kerr not getting him involved IMO, but I honestly don't see Bogut putting up 14 points again regardless of foul trouble - 14 points is a lot for him. Pretty sure he only scored 10+ a handful of times this season.

Dubs got way above average production from Bogut and Speights and right about average from the rest of their starters. They'll need a lot more from Steph/Klay/Dray if they want to win in OKC, can't count on Bogut/Speights to drop 29 combined again.

I think Barnes is the X factor the Dubs need if they want to pull this off; he's had some of his best games this season against OKC and has been shooting well this series (58% from 3) but hasn't been aggressive enough. As we all know, he's in a contract year and how he performs in these deep playoff games will directly affect how much he gets paid next year.

I think the Thunder have this. I can believe Bogut will play well again - btw it wasn't so much his scoring but his rebounding & passing that were key - but Curry is still gimpy, and that OKC home court is still vicious.

Bogut is not playing 40 minutes though. Leave him in & that was a difference. Who cares if he gets in foul trouble.

I whole heartedly agree with the OP.

If you think Barnes is the X factor then you might as well go big on OKC tonight

GSW got to the rim in OT. They need to do that in the first quarter IMO. Pick up a few fouls on OKC and serve notice. IMO key stat is OKC fouls. Roberson fouling out and Wetbrook had 5. Sure there was extra 5 minutes but that didnt happen to GSW.

So why didn't the Warriors win it when they had Mark Jackson?

Players are the biggest part of the equation obviously but the coach still has a part.

state won bec of players, all 12 of them or at least the ones who played!
remember when phil jackson won 3 straight with bulls and the next year only mj wasn't there and they lost!

mark jakson didn't had all the players that won last year and obviously curry wasn't that good before they dumped him.
do you really think that steve kerr made curry to an mvp player? lmao. he was developing to a mvp and they sacked just before he won mvp! so we will never know if jackson stayed that the warriors also won!

and the title of this tread is that kerr made adjustment! lmao. so thompson going frantic in game 6 with 11 threes has nothing to do with it plus all the other players playin good without makin any big mistakes? that wasn't the coach!

you're giving far too much credit to coaching.

if Lue wins this series, it will only confirm that. dude is an abysmal coach.

Kerr tweaked the system. Remember when Harbaugh took that same 49ers team from Singletary and turned them into a top-tier team?

Go back and watch Steve Kerr highlights. It is eerily similar to Curry's play style now. Kerr helped Curry's shot get to the next level. I watched something they have free throw contests in practice too.
