Dallas Mavericks +9 I'm going to have to back the Mavs in this spot. After a blowout loss, I see them coming out more competitive. Look at game 1 where they lost by 38 and then won the next game by 1 as an underdog.
Portland Trail Blazers +1
Very strange to see a 1 pt spread. Clippers won last two games by about 20 pts each. I'm not sure what vegas knows, but I'll take a shot at the least obvious side.
Atlanta Hawks +2.5
This one jumped up at me. Boston wins last game by 8 and the line drops by 1 point. I'm very suspicious of this, so I'll take a shot at it.
Cleveland Cavaliers -6
With the Cavs up 3-0 and one game away from closing the series I have to take them. Lebron led teams have that killer instinct. Look at last year. When they reached 3 wins first in a series, they went 3-0 ats the next game to send the other team packing.
Houston Rockets +9.5
Stephen Curry sprains his right knee on the final play of the second quarter. The Warriors ended up hitting 21 three pointers setting a playoff record. Rockets get blown out on their home court by 27. Without Curry being a factor. The Warriors are at home and the line goes up 1 from last game. If I'm reading this line correctly, I say Rockets aren't going down without a fight and keep it in the single digits.
Boston Celtics +2.5
Going with the team who got blown out and wants to force a game 7.
Hawks/Celtics UNDER 198.5
With a possible closeout game from the Hawks and motivation to extend series from the Celtics. I see better defense, mixed in with nervous energy...which will translate into lots of missed shots.
Miami Heat +2
Series prices -- Charlotte -235, Miami +195... suggests Heat force a game 7
Toronto Raptors +2.5
Series prices -- Indiana +500, Toronto -700... suggests Raptors win it in 6
Portland Trail Blazers -9.5
Series prices -- Portland -1300, LA Clippers +850 -- suggests Blazers win it in 6 and cover spread, since its double the ML for the game.
