Deja vu. When it matters the most, they'll make a huge mistake. Gm 2, they're up by 2, Griffin makes a stupid TO, Mills hits both FTs to tie. Gm 4, down 1, Jordan makes a basket interference, when the ball would've gotten in anyways.

Could of, should of, would of. Doesn't matter this is basketball it can always come down to a couple plays. The problem is the clippers never make those plays and aren't mentally tough enough of at the end of games to win them. Period

it's not that it's just that the Spurs are par excellence in that wire situation
so in order to beat the Spurs you really need a 3+ possession advantage

Hard to win playing 8 on 5 in the second half. Danny Green was on opium or something last night and walked at least 3 times with no whistles but they get Blake for dragging his plant foot an inch? And how many times did Blake get absolutely assaulted driving the lane without a whistle last night? And how many of those shots were missed, picked up by the Spurs then rewarded with a weak whistle on the other side? Take out the Hack a Shaq FT's for DAndre and it was 28/37 FTs for SA to 19/26 for LA! I'd be pissed if I was Doc too!

Fwiw I was on Spurs and all this helped me so no sour grapes here. Just being real.
