Can someone who's been following the Cavs tell me...

The Cavs are 6-0 since firing their GM, what did they do differently?

There has been improvement in play, but it's mostly due to the shitty teams they played during the streak.

The streak started with wins at Washington and at home over Memphis, not exactly shitty teams. They did win at Detroit, not a great team but one who had beaten Brooklyn, Denver, and the Spurs before falling to the Cavs. The other three wins were against the bottom of the league.

Did the team get a wake-up call or is it just a short-term surge? We'll find out.

Tristan Thompson is becoming a man...and Kyrie is actually shooting less.....its funny what happens when you share the ball.

what freeze said, they've play crappy ass teams.

and it's gonna be similar to that detroit streak - going on a bit of a winning streak after ur coach/GM gets fired, then when it breaks then regression to the mean.
