New respect for this Rockets squad

they came into san antonio, got a huge lead, lost it, and came back to win it. Terrance Jones is a revelation at the 4. Bench is ridiculously skilled. Asik should not be traded even though he wants to be. Harden and Howard are beasting. This team's chances of going to the championship is legit.

Houston and Timberwolves the most deadly teams if they get into the playoffs.

Terrance Jones was a good draft pick very under rated at Kentucky with all that talent that was there with him

They can score in a hurry...but their defense will bury them in the playoffs....good win for them though.

Agree with this. Looks like George Karl's Nuggets or D'Antoni Suns. Will win alot of games during the regular season but won't win the championship.

Opponent's Points Per Shot: Houston: 1.13 (4th) Only Indiana, San Antonio, and Chicago are better.

Opponent's Field Goal Percentage: Houston: 41.8% (2nd) Only Indiana holds their opponents to a lower FG%.

Their turnovers and lack of defensive rebounding has been killing them.

karl's nuggets didn't have a reliable shot creator from the perimeter and d'antoni suns didn't have a reliable rebounder/defender, rockets have both in harden and howard and the best bench in the whole league in lin/brooks/garcia/casspi/asik who would be a good starting lineup for most teams. i'm on this train

Rockets will win games during the regular season because of their ability to score but they will lose in the playoffs. Teams are making adjustments on the fly during the regular season. Spurs would beat the Rockets in a series with game planning. Rockets are the Nuggets last year and Suns in previous years with Nash. All offense and no defense.
