David Lee out, Kenneth Faried in, same line? Yes please. Warriors will miss Lee's rebounding desperately, Nuggets continue assault of the paint against one of the most immobile minus defenders in the league in Bogut, a rookie in Ezeli, and Carl Landry who has never been a great rebounder.
