Both of these teams have been solid UNDER investments this season, and we look for more of the same this evening.

The UNDER is 18-8 in all Toronto games this year including an incredible 13-3 on the road, where the Raptors are hitting just 43.2 percent from the floor. The Raps have also now gone UNDER in 16 of their last 21 games overall, including nine of the last ten. Not surprisingly the UNDER is 3-0 in the last three head-to-head meetings between these clubs, and they combined for only 176 points in the first meeting this season in Toronto.

Similarly the Blazers have gone UNDER in four of their last five games overall and in six of their last eight, bringing the record for the Portland UNDER to 15-11 for the year. This team has cracked the 100-point barrier just once in the last ten games, and the Blazers were held in the 80s in five of those contests. Now these teams just might exceed the 176 points scored in the first meeting, but we simply do not see this game getting out of the 180s.
