ADVICE? im constantly off 1 prediction on a 6 game parlay
Ive only won ~340 this week off $3,4,5 parlays...
im constantly off 1 team for the big parlay wins, any advice? should i only bet on single games and no parlay? ive hit a 4-6 gams parlay 2/3 nights this week, and have been off by 1. for example boston not covering yesterday ruined 3 parlays and $800+ potential....
cut your parlays by 1 :P

The parlay from tuesday was HORRIBLE, i forget who messed up,,,,but i had a 7 team parlay going strong, and i believe by 1 point some team couldnt cover or something......

tonight is kinda a toss up, but im leaning towards the under on bulls/heat and possibly bulls (i am from chicago too so im a bit biased and am also going to the game)
CHEVY6 - the reason why i went with the celts was that i KNEW the lakers were gonna win, but i thought they would blow out boston and boston would come back a little too late in the 4th and lose by 5 or 6 or whatever.....bad pick..... with the lakers its a toss up, depends which team shows up.....
i bet on soccer too, but nba has been easy for me, except the freaking 1 off parlays that are killing me....

thing is, parlays are awesome because $3-5 can bring in $250+
and a $20 bet can bring in 2k
If you are only betting $20 you should be satisfied making $5-$20 per day.
If you can pick 3/4 - 4/5 - 5/6 on a daily basis you are doing good.
Yes drop parlays, but still keep making your 6 gamer as if you must hit all 6. Keep making your jackpot parlay, but instead of hitting the "Place Wager" button, go back n bet them straight. Just see how it goes.
Break them into single plays, you'll go 4 for 6 or 5 for 6 and win something that day. Continue that for a week n you'll be up at least $35 bucks after a week. Do that for a year n you'll be up at lesat $1500 (not alot but still not bad if you are betting $20 a day)

To me its stupid, 5 straight bets go 4-1 is way better then 0-1 for the night. And realistically how often are you going to hit a 5 Team parlay ?? Its more realistic to go 4-1 or 3-2 then it is to go 5-0. That my opinion, good luck to whatever u decide. And shit if u can go 4-1 or 3-2 consistently then share ur plays so I can get on the money train.

thing is, these parlays arent that hard, a 4 team parlay is easy for me (depending on a few things) but im a greedy asshole and use the 4 locks and include another 1-4 picks for that jackpot parlay....

Parlays seem sweet when they hit, but if you plan on wagering for the long haul its likely you will lose money on them. Even though only one team loses and it seems close, there are 6 different combinations where only one team loses. There is only one combination of all 6 winning. So it is 6 times more likely to hit 5/6 than 6/6 (assuming 50/50 odds). Take advantage of reduced juice and straight bet.

Yep, ditch the parlays, play $5 on a game if you arent into betting that much.
If you want to do parlays, do ML parlays but only a few per.
Also, if you dont want to ditch the parlays, yes, a round robin would work, or cut them to 3teams, seems like then you will go 1-1 each day and win some $$$
