    You should take a break, probably a week off.

    You started out with a nice 88% winning percentage, but now you've dropped to 51% winning percentage.

    It seems you lost your edge and you're now picking games on obligation.

    There's a reason you're not suppose to play everyday because once you start picking as a routine, then you will pick just because of the routine.
