JACKSON knows too well… the Lakers are done, and won't coach

does anyone really imagine that Jackson will risk the chance
of going out a total bust?

does anyone think that he does not understand that the bench
    is terrible?

    Odom is not there..
    younger Fisher..
    Ariza...
    Shannon Brown...

    forget it... *

Nashty is old and brittle, that collision that injured him was regular contact..
if that puts you out for a week or a month, forget it..

Thunder will run circles around them,,

    it's over.

BTW: a coach advances you one level, or increment.
He makes a very good team- great or the best,
he makes a mediocre team good
he makes a bad team- mediocre

you just don't skip from worst to first with a very good coach.
When Jordan retired for two years.. the Bulls did not advance to the Finals.
When Jordan came back, they did.

When Shaq left.. no more Finals until Gasol AND Bynum..

It's not just coaching. Jackson changes very little/.

you're a fukking dumbass. the Bulls were projected to make the finals again by many experts when Jordan took his little vacation. Pippen carried them for the entire season, then Jordan's dumbass came back and fukked up in the playoffs against Orlando when Penny Hardaway shit on his world.

Understand the game. You're a fukking idiot, straight up, hands down the dumbest poster on sbr.

What's more, Bynum barely played in the first championship. He sat his ass on the bench for 90% of the finals. You sir are the biggest idiot on this site hands down.

the typical reaction when a patient is in serious denial, is rage...

i think this reaction proves that you are in deep denial about the Lakers.
    Even IF he comes back

Class 1 unmitigated laugher... a coach does not turn the clock back..
a coach cannot create speed.. athleticism.. talent..

the artist can mold clay, but there must be clay.
There is plenty of clay that is dried up already, but little can be done with that.

There is a BIIIIG difference between a team of Super-Stars and a team of Hall-of-Famers

    Lakers are done.

    Dude Miami is my team

Kobe Bryant is the 2nd greatest player in nba history. Gasol Nash Howard are all guaranteed Hall of Famers. How dumb are you seriously...

be nice for James to get more than one ring, and
i would like same for Durant..*

but if Heat are your team you definitely get too upset by meaningless discourse
    and exchange regarding*fodder pulp entertainment...

you gotta track it back.. sit back.. relax

What you require is a megaphone to announce that you are 'in'

The Bulls were well on their way to the NBA Finals the first season after MJ retired. Pippen led that team to 55 wins and was All-Star game MVP. Then Hue Hollins reared his ugly head with one of the most atrocious calls in NBA playoff history. I don't believe the Bulls would have beat "Dream" in the Finals without MJ, but they should have at least got their shot.

No, I'm stating facts. Stop looking for attention. I will bury you in an nba discussion and you know it. You made a dumb statement about hall of famers when 4/5 of the lakers starters are all hofmers. and that's not opinion--it's fact.

Future HOFs? Yes but these guys aren't at their prime anymore - even Howard isnt 100%. I have such a hard time seeing how many people are so confident Lakers will make it out of teh West and even win teh finals.

That conference is way too stacked with tremendous talent and deep teams...If Lakers do manage to make it out of teh first two rounds, they will not have enough left in them for the WCF. No way can they match teh intensity of whoever they meet there

And dont even wanna get to the East cuz Miami will not have a hard time
in their conference if they stay healthy...and Lakers will win 2 games max.

i totally agree SF.. i think that for many the idea of the Lakers winning it again, creates such a narcotic effect that
they just can't see it straight.. coaches don't advance last place teams to first place..

if it ever happens, it is usually a bunch of kids that start believing and playing hard together..
–Baltimore Orioles are a good example–

but these guys are seriously old. PLUS a terrible, gawd-awful bench.
you gotta beat teams on both ends.. not on neither..

the Fakeshow has won 2 of 14 games.. pre-season IS NOT meaningless...

they are a LOL team, i hope Jackson does come back.. the debacle will become even more hilarious.
