Yeah that was complete BULLSHIT!!! Who fouls anybody with 1 second left. It's basically giving the game away as opposed to making your opponent take a rushed low percentage shot.

The game is decided by the whole 48min. not by the last shot or the last call.If you are gonna bring the last foul being bull,then why not bring the uncalled foul when Lowe was shouting a 3 and Philly player jumped and landed on him as he was shouting the 3 and there was no call?
