4-2 + $440 yesterday with OKC total going over and hitting Houston vs SAS. Won with the Portland/Denver Over 2H and betting under the team total on NYN. Lost on Kings and NJN.
13-8 YTD = 61%
+ $540
Today isn't a great card IMO, but i do see some stuff i like and stuff i think it's wise to avoid. As always i am looking for home dogs; staying away from heavy public road favs; laying big chalk and trying to figure out who's over-valued and who's being under-valued.
LAC +1.5 ($550/500)
LAC blistered GS in their first game and got trucked in their 2nd against SAS. The atmosphere here tonight should be electric IMO. Home opener and the city is buzzing over these Chris Paul led Clippers. Also its a huge matchup against the Bulls. Paul vs Rose is a classic. However, i think playing their 4th straight game on the road and on B2B will be a factor for the Bulls after playing late in the night. Also the starting lineup played heavy minutes last night (besides Noah). I think the Clippers pull away and win this home opener.
Cavs / Pacers U187 ($275/250)
Indiana has been playing great defense and i know the Cavs will have trouble scoring. Also know that the Cavs have been focusing on defense in practice. I dont see this being a run-n-gun game. 95-90 would cover and that seems high to me.
Memphis -5 ($110/100)
Houston fresh off giving the Spurs a beating last night and are now 1-1 on the season. The 1 loss was by Orlando who have a tough paint presence in Dwight Howard. The Grizzlies have Gasol, Gay and Randolph and i expect them to focus here tonight. Also for the Rockets to win they usually need a great game out of Kevin Martin. Tony Allen who is one of the better defenders in the league will be on him. I think the Grizzlies get this one tonight. (This game kind of worries me as i think it will be a very public play - Hence the wager)
Jazz +3 ($220/200)
Phoenix +2.5 ($275/250)
I really want to find a reason to take Orlando, Minnesota, Heat Over and Toronto, but i can't pull the trigger right now. Maybe after some diggin'. BOL

Reason: added in phoenix
Kinda nervous to take Memphis without Conley. The Bulls and Clipps remind me a lot of each other. Elite PG's. Solid big men, all star caliber SF, and vet SG's. I'd say Chicago has the deeper bench, better D and better coach, but they are on the road b2b. Hard game to gauge.
With you on that cavs/pacers under. Got it at 193, though. Crossing my fingers for the clips to hit +3. Have a feeling it'll stop at +2.5, but we'll see. Thinking sixers but I'm hoping for at least -2.5. Your thoughts on that game? GL tonight.
