derek fisher calls 51-49%split in favor of players an ultimatum
players want 52-48 percent split, where they get 52%. The players seem misguided to me, they will stubbornly wait until it's 47-53% in a few weeks in favor of the owners. it's about making money, and if you're already losing the one percent you're fighting over by not playing, what's the point? maybe for the years to come that one percent is very meaningful. i think they will lose. owners have the leverage. they should agree to the 51% and shut the fuk up. what do you think?
The owners definitely have all the leverage. The players better wake up and take what they can get or else they're going to be working at Walmart.

In the real world, you can just get new servers, pilots, whatever........the NBA is DONE if they don't have the top players in the world playing, so your $400 million dollar franchise all of a sudden is worth pennies.
The players deserve more than 50%, or at least the stars do, they can go anywhere else in the world and still make millions.
