there were a couple of props that look perty good to me.

How many Big 10 players will be taken in round 1

    Over 2 players -120
i do like the over on this prop.

How many ACC players will be taken in round 1

    Under 4 players -120
i do like the under on this prop

Which 3 players do you think will get drafted out of the Big 10 and which ACC players do you forecast getting nabbed in the first round?

I think 3 Michigan St. players will get drafted in the first round:

    Maurice Ager
    Shannon Brown
    Paul Davis

heres the 3 i'm projecting from the ACC will be:

    Cedric Simmons
    Alexander Johnson
    Guillermo Diaz

I think that's basically a pickem bet at worst with the Big 10. Brown and Ager should be taken. I'm not so sure about Davis; poor man's Brad Miller, but lots of teams can't pass on size. Augustine may even be drafted before him, even though I'm not a fan of his game.

On the ACC, you don't think Shelden and JJ will go in round 1? I think, at worst, they get 4 in round 1 with those two, Cedric, and AJ. The teams in the 20s looking at Diaz or Brown may determine which way these bets fall, imho.

JJ should go in round 1. although i'm not really sure how that DWI stuff will effect his draft status, not to mention his back problem. we have seen players drop for alot stupider type stuff in the past. who's to say this might not be one of those things.

Yeah, but Shelden's not going to fall out of round 1.

Are you still going to take that under 4 ACC prop? No props up at Pinny, so I'll wait to see if they post some as the odds there will surely be better than those being offered at the Greek, Bodog, etc.

Shelden Williams goes in the first round.

The back issue for JJ looms much larger than the DWI. I still suspect that some idiot team will select him because of his high-profile college career and the interest that will generate in the team. I would avoid fading the ACC when it comes to the NBA draft. Front offices love to think that the ACC plays a NBA style game which is simply not the case anymore.

Look for these players' names to be called in the first round:

    Craig Smith
    Shelden Williams
    Alex Johnson
    Cedric Simmons
    JJ Redick

Sleeper: Justin Gray (Chris Paul has justifiably received a lot of hype recently and Justin is a solid prospect that played in the same backcourt with him).

I agree, I can't take the under on that one. And I've been told by Pinnacle that it is unlikely they will carry props on this, but to watch their site in case they decide to.

Let's cash in on the draft!

    I'm locked in for:

Big East Over 6x players in 1st round

ACC over 4 players in 1st round
    ^^
You guys didn't mention G. Diaz from Miami. He will be drafted somewhere from 25-30 and Heat have been shopping Doleac/Anderson for a late first round pick to get him. Heat trade or not, someone late in the 1st will pick this guy up, too good of an athlete. Craig smith hasn't been projected in the top round so I haven't been counting on him to be one of the five. Either way, the Worst case scenario is a push, but im hoping for Diaz to sneak in the 1st.

And by the way, I took the bets on BOS.

(now now i know that sportsbook is a joke compared to other books, but it was the only one of my books with these props available, so it does benefit to have the multiple books )

I also noticed that they took the lines down right after I placed my bets, I think everyone that saw the ACC prop should've pounded it immediatly and I'm assuming that's what happend. Apparently Greek still has it up though.

Actually BBD did call for Diaz. Either way, I think your position is quite good.

Great call, BBD. You got the push on one and cashed the other.
