    Is this really a surprise? Joe Crawford is a fukkin joke. He called a lot of fouls for Dirk, but he also called numerous ticky tack sh it fouls for OKC. Live bets should be considered from here on out.

    Because every smallest contact on Dirk was called a foul, so defenders had to lay off of him, giving him more space for his shot. So while Thunder may have had more freethrows spread among the team, Dallas had them on the right guy...

    As a result, pretty much every possession by Dirk resulted in points scored.
