I'm thinking Nuggets +4 first half is a decent play.

The total seems very low considering how much these two have been scoring lately.

Take the Lakers...they got something to play for when it comes to seeding. Nuggets have locked in the 5th spot and aren't going up or down.

I'm on it for 2 units. BOL!

I'm not going against the Lakers no matter who they play. Bynum, Gasol, Odom who do you guard? Kobe, who's guarding him? Artest and a couple of white boys that can shoot.

The Nuggets may not have a lot to play for in terms of seeding, but they definitely feel like they have a lot to prove to the rest of the NBA going into the playoffs. Denver-LA could potentially be a second round matchup as I expect LA to take over the #1 seed and Denver will play OKC in Round 1. This is Denver's chance to measure themselves against the best team in the west, so it could be tight.

"What's impressed most about the Lakers' run hasn't been the Showtime you'd think might spark this run, but more so how they've stepped up defensively during their winning streak, limiting foes to 93.9 points per game on 43.3 percent shooting."

This is the Lakers chance to prove that they can beat any team when they are focused. BTW, Nuggets will have little chance vs. the Thunder.

That's a separate issue entirely. Point being, the Nuggets come into this game looking to measure how much they've improved by going up against the best. There are no past DEN-LAL games to reference that are very relevant because Denver has changed so much. I think in terms of matchups, Denver is going to be surpisingly effective in the paint and on the perimeter. I'm not actually playing the game because I feel there's too much uncertainty and the line is sharp. It's a coinflip.

Any team that is playing well will have this mentality vs. LA. I don't see what makes the Nuggets any different.

I can't see the Nuggets scoring vs. the 7 footers inside, never have and probably never will.

now you know who the refs want to win. Im not on this game but what was the need to give the coach a technical. The refs have to much power lately and its getting pathetic.

Nuggets are scoring in the paint just fine. Picking up boards both offensively and defensively. Their perimeter shooting is on except chandler has been making some thoughtless shots and creating TOs...

Nuggets take this if Lawson picks up and creates some space for open shots
