Ferrari go a different way to Mercedes in Practice 1. Being a second behind early on but in the thick of it come qualifying is normal for them. That said it still looks like a good race for Mercedes. I still prefer Bottas' chances to Vettel's. I think the Red Bulls will struggle from near the back. They'll have trouble getting past the Renaults and Force Indias. Even the Williams could be awkward to get past. I'm not taking -220 about either of them finishing in the top 10. They should have taken the penalties last week.

Be wary of taking Vettel for Malaysia before Saturday. They'll be no fall-out for the 'racing incident' in Singapore but he may well need a new gearbox etc which would give him a grid penalty.

After qualifying in Malaysia Vettel was 25/1 for the win and 4/1 for a podium. He's been backed in to 22/1 and 7/2 respectively. I don't understand that. He's got the quickest car but getting through the field and 3 of the top 5 will be really tough.
