    BoDog's reasoning was he withdrew from the race which we all know wasn't the case, I can see why 5Dimes refunded the bets on him since it wasn't his choice not to race.

    Unless the entire race is canceled, all bets have action (even if a competitor withdraws for some reason).
    They are saying that withdrawing and being barred from racing are one in the same, I guess when you throw in "even if a competitor withdraws for some reason" it gives them lots of wiggle room to screw you over.

    That's the problem with the rule they have in place for US players, it is very vague and can be used in different ways in different situations while the rule you use is very precise and cut and dry when it comes to situations like today. Just another reason to stay away from this POS book!!

    If not it's pretty clearly an unfair rule. As you don't have a chance. Maybe ask them to consider changing it at least.

    *EDIT. Maybe submit a complaint to SBR asking them to ask Bodog to make the rule more fair for the future.

    I have a few bets there for tomorrow and if I win I will cash out and then close my account, I'll make sure to tell them why they are losing a long time customer over a fifty dollar bet and be done with them once and for all. 5Dimes and DSI get the majority of my NASCAR action but they will get it all from here on out.
