2/15 contest
going out of town in the morning not sure I will be back on time. Not sure how to set it up so us non pros can trasfer points. And before the pros start saying stuff to me I have my bankroll at twinspires. I am a horse player not sports do not want to send sports book my money to play horses when they have so many caps.
looks like the only way is if a pro ran the contest, even then non-pros are onle able to transfer 2 pnts per day, could just have a contest for the glory of winning but that's no fun, have a nice trip

only way to do a 2 pt er is everyone puts their entrys in and whoever wins, everyone throws him 2 pts
everyone holds their points till the end, then they send them to winner

I'll be around today. If you want you can transfer the points to me. As a pro I can return them in the way it was previously done. Some else has to be willing to do the scoring however.

I have the day off today. Willing to run the contest and keep the score..(Retired scorekeeper from HS and college). Just have to step out today around 2:45 - to - 3.45.
You guys want the contest, it will be a 2 point charge ( you hang on it ) then send the winner the 2 points. This is an honor system or credit betting of sorts.
Beulah cancelled yesterday. Do not know about today 2/15
Philly, Sunland and Turf Paradise race today during the Afternoon.
The imaginary bet will be $2 Win $2 Place in every race except your one race which is your Best Bet @ $ 4 Win, $4 Place.
I might add shame on SBR Forum for not letting us "regular people" have a little entertainment.

whos putting on the contest and whose paying 50 points? a pro?
just got back from out of town a little to late. will play tomorrow. might try to make a contest through the my contests and see if we can have a 6 point contest. We get 6 points a day so dont know why there should be a problem setting the limit to non pros for 6 a day.
doesnt work for horse racig through my contests.

agree always have had fun with our 6 pointer. We should be able to transfer that much we get that much a day or 16 if you write a blog.

thats their rules man. sad but true. i went to the bash last year and it was great but this year it in costa rica and i think only pro status gets the reinbursement first hand for the trip i dont think its fair to us non pros because i post here everyday of the year and dedicated to this forum. withnall my medical bills, i dont know if i can swing that trip to costa rica but i would sure love to be there in paradise, oh well, lets see if this whole forum goes pro in the next 6 months i myself dont bet sports, all i do i play horses and play cards where most of my betting is at a local track close to home and i do play some online poker on poker stars and ub. hope that i get a chance on reinbursement to make the bash, love to try some marlin fishing down there along with the poker tourney sbr is putting on.
