    Question about horse racing situation

    This was my bet:

    50371 - MatchupsHorse Racing Awesome Anywhere (2) Moneyline-170 for Game OAKLAWN PARK - RACE 8 *Both horses must run for wagers to have actionGame Time: Mar 29, 2020 2:42 pm PST

    But stewards said the horse was declared a non starter.

    Does my bet get cancelled or do I lose the money?

    First time horse betting.

    Horse was declared a non-starter. I would assume the bet should be voided.

    heritage graded as a loss but finessed my way to get a refunded even tho technically the horse ran.

    No if a horse is declared non starter it’s money back

    believe me, stewards seem to do everything in their power to not declare that

    your getting screwed if not getting money back
