    New York Daily Fantasy Law Targets Derby Wars/Horse Tourneys

    Looks like Derby Wars and Horse Tourneys will have to make adjustments if they want to continue to offer their product in New York. The New law just signed by the Governor prohibits them from operating in NY because they do not compensate the industry from the profits they make.

    Well it looks like NY residents can now play Derby Wars again as DW MGT has been negotiating agreements with the tracks to compensate them for use of their product. The Stronach Group had sued DW and won a $500,000 judgement forcing DW to revise its strategies.
