Love the #8 DENALI SILVER here in this one. Should wire this 6f race. Has the fastest early speed and has the ability to finish strong. The 2 will press the pace a little at first and may push the 8 wide. But I think the 8 wins this one coming just off the pace.
– Gulfstream Park: Race 6 Claiming (5 Furlongs - Turf)
#8 DAFREAKINHEAT besides a badass name this guy should be able to explode late and take down this field. He should be able to break well and stay out of the mess. Allow a few others to press the pace, but even in this short race, the 8 should come from the middle of the pack and score here.
– Aqueduct: Race 7 Maiden Special Weight (6 Furlongs)
Aqueuducts Inner Dirt, with 6 first time starters....shit this is a race I would have never played. At this point I like the 10 DO I AMUSE, but at this point, I think this is a race to take a shot on. Maybe the 2 WATERWAY, coming off decent numbers, and a nice 34 day layoff, may have a race here. But man, I don't know.
– Fair Grounds: Race 6 Colonel Power Stakes (About 5 ½ Furlongs - Turf)
Love the 2 SUM OF PARTS, its the ML favorite and could go off near even money, but I don't see how he loses.
– Santa Anita Park: Race 4 Maiden Claiming (About 6 ½ Furlongs - Turf)
Another huge field, going down the hill at Santa Anita. This track calls for some strange capping. Will probably have some scratches in this race but I like the 9 JOEANDBETTY.... Should be able to be in position to score.
– Gulfstream Park: Race 10 Grade 2, Honey Fox Stakes (1 Mile - Turf)
Alot of horses coming off long layoffs, mean a tough field for me to cap. But I like the 4 CHANNEL LADY, again I think this one comes from just off the pace and the 4 should be in a position to score.
– Oaklawn Park: Race 10 Grade 2, Rebel Stakes (1 1/16 Miles)
In a contest I don't see how taking Super99 is worth while, may go off at even money or worse. I would rather take a shot with #6 DEN'S LEGACY here.
– Santa Anita Park: Race 8 Grade 2, San Luis Rey S. (1 ½ Miles - Turf)
Long race on the SA turf. This is one that I would want to wait on and see how the turf is holding up for speed. I like the #1 SLIM SHADEY as the lone speed, but if speed isn't holding which is usually doesn't on the turf at SA. Then I may lean toward the 2 INTERACTION.
