What should I use on stomach ulcers?

I was wondering what everyone is using for stomach ulcers? I have a 6yo mare that isn't eating and her bowel movements are loose. I looked at Gastroguard, GastroMax3, and Ulcergard and wanted to know if anyone had a preference?

Ive used a compound pharmacy to make a ulcer remedy called sulphadiamethazine. Its a thick, white liquid give 5ccs every day. Otherwise gastrogard but its very expensive. Also use a probiotic with a very high enzyme count to help produce good bacteria.

I think that you need to address the issue of why the horse has ulcers. Answer these questions and I will try to help you.

    What is your horses routine?
    Is it on a farm?
    In a stall often?
Also, what is the horses current diet and the diet leading up to the ulcer problem?
