    This might be a dumb question but can one buy goals (or portions) like points for football?

    Not on any I know of, although there TONS of books out there that do alot of exotic bets.
    My experience is the line they give or the money line only

    5 Dimes offers Alternate Totals, which is essentially the same thing as buying/selling. Very rarely do the Alt totals have value though.
