    I wouldn't say that r2d2. In fact, I think Detroit still wins this series even if they lose tonight. So if I win my Avalanche bet, it also sets up a nice value play on Wings to win series at the revised series price.

    i also feel as though the "red wings suck" is a healthier outlet for getting pumped about a series than what the habs fans do (i.e. burning cars, breaking shit, and looting).

    It all goes back to Lemieux and his cheap shot on Draper, next game, lemieux turtled. These teams HATE each other, and there are many holdovers from there battles in the 90's. Similar to Nordiques/canadiens in mid 80s. This series should go 6 or 7, and it should be physical. I like the Wings to squeak by in this series, and then they will get taken out next round. Love the under in this series.

    f\*\*k me runnin. ouch. hopefully a big offensive period in the 2nd for the avs. that 3rd goal Jose let in was horrible. he is my boy, but that was a soft goal to let in.

    hate to say game 2 is a must win for the avs, but it is in my opinion. hopefully forsberg and wolski are back in the lineup. and hope Jose brings it in game 2.
