    Carolina is currently one of the hottest teams in the league winning 8 of its last 9. Carolina either won or lost by 1 goal in the last 7 meetings between these two. Washington did load up on the trade dealine, while Carolina unloaded but at this time of year it's the teams at the bottom that make the most noise! Getting Carolina at -120 on the puckline is basically a steal!
