    what do you guys think about Buf/Pho under 5 tomorrow? both teams have solid D. i know Phoenix has been scoring quite a bit lately but i think they will cool off especially against good D. I think NJ game was a bit unusual considering devils defense, Marty just wasnt in form.

    i would be way more comfortable if it was at 5.5 though. any thoughts?

    Nashville -1.5 +170. No matter who plays in net for the Preds, Ellis or Rinne, neither will give up more than a goal. Both are on fire. Nashville has no problem scoring goals, and will do this tomorrow against T.O. Jason Arnott will also be back for tomorrow's game while Leaf's defence will struggle again without Komisarek. The Preds are due for a show at home and Monday will be their night. Preds win 4-1.

    I'm going to throw together a little parlay tonight.

    I'm going to take the under 1.5 in the first for both the Sabres, and Devils games. I like both these plays today. Thinking of adding another play or two. Any thoughts?

    good value on the Sens early with Alfie back in the lineup, giving them a boost. The B's are still hurting, and even though they and Thomas own the Sens, I still see a lot of value here on the Sens at +125.

    If I were the NHL commissioner, I'd throw a little $1 million fine at the Devils for mailing it in against the Islanders. It's one thing to get beat if you're actually trying. But for one of the best teams in the league to get outshot by one of the worst, 41-16 (with a few minutes to play at the moment), is an embarrassment. If they weren't going to show up they should have saved themselves the bridge and tunnel tolls and just stayed in New Jersey.

    I lose games almost every day. That's to be expected. But if you want to tell me the Devils gave their best effort, or even close to it, I would tell you that with a similar performance, they'd have 0 wins so far this season. The Devils were outshot by 26 and to me that says the team wanted to do anything except play a game this afternoon. That was a fraudulent effort.

    ya know, i have a similar conversation with myself after many of those games "that i lose everyday". today is not one of those(yet) so im just having a lil fun at your expense. tomorrow(or after these later games) it'll be at mine

    the Isle are not a bad team. they're flying under the radar, but they are young and play fast and hard for their coach.
