I used to look forward to playing pucklines with the overs on hometown moneyline favorites with sportsbooks that allowed correlated parlays.The Red Wings Blues game was my final straw that broke the camel's back where it soured me on these bets.Another stinkin 1-0 game that is all too common these days.NHL,make the nets about 4 inches wider and taller!Even 2 inches.No one could visibly notice the difference even.

why tinker with the size of the nets, which have been the same...forever, when you can tinker with the size of the goalie equipment, which keeps getting bigger and bigger.

This is being talked about right now. They almost had a vote of some sort but it was delayed. Glenn healy had something to do with it. They apparently were going to set standards for pad sizes, but the way they were doing it was a one size fits all, so goalies of different sizes were going to be wearing the exact same pads, Glenn Healy didn't like this, so now they looking at anew approach.
