Thanks. Felt good to finally beat Carolina on its home ice.

I didn't think Edmonton would have anything left in the 3rd period after the frantic pace in the first two. Somehow they found their legs again. Plus, Carolina has been so good in the 3rd periods in the playoffs. Almost unbeatable. Very surprised no goals in the 3rd.

Sets up a tough play on Saturday. I think the extra day off will help Edmonton. If I was Carolina, I would want to play as soon as possible. Should be another good game.

That would be the right play according to the way the playoffs have gone. The road teams coming off a home loss late in these series have been a pretty good play.

But I'm thinking this is going back to Carolina for Game 7. But I'd say the same thing even if I was in goal for the Oilers. Little biased right now.
