End of a long roadie for Edmonton and that could mean tired legs and lapses in concentration. Goalie Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers will try to stand on his head again after limiting the Devils to 1 goal on 38 shots last night in a 2-1 Oilers win. Prior to that, the Oil had been leaking goals with 14 goals in their last 3 and 18 overall in the 5 games on the road trip prior to New Jersey. The PK unit is still troublesome at times, but blanked the Devils with only two PP shifts for the Devils. The Rangers come back home after being stoned by the Caps and Brent Johnson, 3-1. NY has had varying success at home, averaging only a little bit over 2 goals per game on home ice. The Oilers could be the tonic for that however, allowing over 3 goals per game on the road. Despite overall good numbers, goalie Hnerik Lundqvist has allowed at least two goals in six straight and 9 of 10. Rangers must capitalize on any PP chances granted tonight against one of the worst PK units statistcally in the NHL for this to get there. Rangers have had the 2nd most PP opportunites in the league with 84 shifts, they just need to start cashing them in. Now's the time. THE HOCKEY MILF is on our side. Score for her!
