    Nate Silver. Interesting guy. Started out as a baseball stat analyst. Invented baseball PECOTA Rating system. Started doing regression analysis for elections using historical data and other peoples polling results. Beat everybody at projecting 2008 election results. Now he writes for the New York Times and gets interviewed on national TV during election season.
