    NBA: Poor results after All Star Break

    Are poor win rates after the All Star break due to player movement between team which negate *** statistics to date?

    I typically would wait a week before and after the all star break(basketball or baseball). The players had a pretty number of days off. I also doubt during that break they even practiced much.
