Hello, all. Was directed over to try this forum from the newbies forum.

Spent the last couple days reading the forums here. Looks like a great place.

I am looking for a place to download in text or excel or MSAccess or less prefereably SQL(or other easily accessible format) current season data for scores and/or money lines for NCAA men's basketball.

I am moderately interested in the same for this year's NFL season.

Any pointers for free or nearly free downloads?

You can do it with Don Best; have you ever signed up for their free trial (you only get one, lifetime)? If you go to http://www.donbest.com/site-map/ (after signing in) and click "Opening/Closing Lines", you can choose the sportsbook and line type. It says you can only display a couple weeks at a time, but in actuality you can display years at a time (it will just take a while to load).
