    Accuscore: Horrible Customer Service

I signed up with Accuscore for a year at what seemed a reasonable rate to give it a try. I had mediocre results but I wasn't able to give Accuscore a reasonable chance because after about a month of Premium Service I wasn't able to access that information anymore.

My account information no longer indicated that I subscribed to the service. After a number of emails that were ignored I finally received a short email from Accuscore stating "problem fixed". But the problem wasn't fixed. I sent an email every day for a week asking Accuscore to reinstate my paid-for service. Never got any response.

I called Amex and asked them to charge back my Accuscore membership fee. After about a month, I received notification that Amex has done that.

Accuscore brags on their website about their great customer service. What a joke!

Accuscore sucks. Terrible picks, bad handicapping.

    LoL. Well said Brumbies.

But their prop simulations can be useful sometimes, not always. At least, much better then their spread/total predictions.
