The probability of achieving 207 or more wins over 300 50/50 trials can be found in Excel using the BINOMDIST() function.
=BINOMDIST(300-207,300,50%,1)
This works out to be roughly 0.000000002007%.
I'm sure Durito probably just made a silly mechanical error in his computations. I do it all the time.
