Pythagorean formula from Bill James Spreadsheet help

I am in desperate need of a spreadsheet that can calculate my offensive and defensive power rankings (easy calculation, I'm just not familuar with excel).

    Then runs scored...Example-(Team A Offense (1.05) x Team B Defense (1.07)) x 4.46 = 5.01

    But What I REALLY NEED HELP WITH is the James pythagorean formula ( Win% = Runs Scored ^ 1.83 / ((Runs Scored ^ 1,83) + (Runs Allowed ^ 1.83)) )

With a full time job and a son, there is no way I can do this by hand for every MLB game, every day. I need a spreadsheet I can just plug the numbers in. Or if it updated automaticly that would be even better ..sigh. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Literally 15 minutes of google searching playing around in excel and you should be able to figure this out.
