    Online Course On Spreadsheet Modeling

They were designed by the guy who wrote Mathletics and include examples from his sports modeling work. They're pay courses, but look to be good value for someone wanting to build skills.

Would appreciate a review if you happen to take any of these courses.

You can do almost anything on spreadsheets (MSExcel mostly) these days, a far cry from the old Visicalc & Lotus 123 days. With add-ins and VBA there is almost nothing you cannot do in some fashion and the error trapping is better than in most programming environments. The learning curve is pretty smooth to boot.

Uncle Fester might have lessor computer skills than I do and I have learned excel. Not everything mind you but the cool thing is anytime I want to learn something else generally I can find a visual walkthough on youtube for what I am looking for.

If anyone is ever in need of Excel or VBA (the programming language of Excel) help related to gambling I am more than willing to volunteer my time for free. I'm currently in my senior year at Cornell and I TA business modeling and VBA courses. I also love math and gambling, so any project combining the three has my interest. If anyone ever needs any help please PM me. For free of course.
