Let me know if this is making sense or i need to elaborate more.

I'm going to use the FGCU futures of 100-1 to win the NCAA which has now moved down to around 60-1.

If i made a bet at 100-1 for 10 bucks and now to win a 100 hundred bucks you would have to bet 1.66 is there some exchange where i can sell my ticket to someone for 1.5 so i automatically profit and the person buying it gets a better deal than what the books are offering right now?

its in simple terms and obviously would only be used for something with a better profit opportunity

I think the market was at 200-1 for and 1-400 against at 5 Dimes before the games tonight... so your 100-1 bets were -EV if you believe 5 Dimes' market is fair.

Betfair or some other betting exchange that offers the particular market. A little late now though.
